Ebay closed my dispute without intimating me.

I had opened a dispute for item no. 5187931657 on 9th May. I would like to know the status on it. The seller did not respond. I escalated it for a claim but Ebay closed the dispute without intimating me. The site does not allow me to open a dispute again on the same item. I dont know whom to contact.

It is really furstrating. I had a dispute going on vide 'Case=001-009-359'Kind Attn.Problem Id:21353995' tp_the-point_seller with BAZEE.com. It is almost 4 months. I was delivered defective material which I returned. Seller kept the material and has neither given the replacement nor refunded money. I do not know whom to esclate? Has any body taken any legal action.

Which eductae me what step I can take.
