Hi I have done a transaction of Rs.20000 with HDFC netbanking using cupon HDFCFREEG3. There is gift of Nikon coolpix camera linked to this purchase in order reciept also. Now i dont know who will send this gift and how this gift can be claimed. Ebay has to put some clear guidelines on this promotions , because we feel this is fraud, not genuine marketing and will raise the issue.
None of promotion literature mentions about the gift how to claim or who will send or when?
please suggest what to do.
