I brought a Sony ericsson Xperia mini smartphone which had a manufacturing defect(faulty speakers) when I got it and the Sony guys do not give any hardware warranty on the product since the product is imported .
After lot of messages the sellers responded to send the product back,but I am not sure whether after sending the product back,they will offer a replacement.
So,if someone has experienced ebay replacement please share your views and what would be the efficient way to send the product back since I never sent any electronic goods.
