BUYER ID .dimapur_in1
ONE OF EBAY.IN BUYER FROM DIMAPUR ( NAGALAND ) HAS BIDED ON THE PRODUCT WHICH WE HAVE MADE FOR MUMBAI BUYER ONLY.
ALSO BUYER HAD SENDED THE DRAFT FOR THE PRODUCT .
BUT DUE TO TRANSPORT LIMITATIONS WE HAVE REJECTED THE ORDER & RETURN THE DRAFT TO BUYER.
ON THAT GROUND WE HAVE RAISED UID AGAINST BUYER ( FOR FINAL VALUE FEE CREDIT ), BUT FROM BUYER SIDE HE HAS CLOSED THE DISPUTE BY SAYING HE HAS PAID BY DRAFT.
EBAY HAS CLOSED THE "UID"
& SEND THE INVOICE TO US . WE HAVE COMMUNICATED TO EBAY FOR IT , BUT THERE IS ONLY ONE ANS FROM THERE SIDE , " SINCE THE DISPUTE HAS BEEN CLOSED BY BUYER WE CAN NOT REVERSE THEE FEE "
1. THE PRODUCT SPECIFICATION SHOWS THAT THE PRODUCT IS FOR MUMBAI BUYERS.( HOW CAN WE DELIVER OUT SIDE MUMBAI)
2. IF ANY BUYER WHO BUY FROM OUT SIDE MUMBAI & SEND THE DRAFT OF IT WHAT WE CAN DO ?
3. THOUGH THERE IS MISTAKE FROM BUYER SIDE , EBAY IS NOT READY TO COMMUNICATE WITH BUYER ABOUT THIS.
4 . WHY SHOULD I PAY WHEN THERE IS MISTAKE FROM BUYER SIDE.
5 . EBAY ALWAYS WRITTE TO US THAT PLEASE FULLFIL THE ORDER. THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY TO FULLFIL THE ORDER AS THERE IS NO PROPER COURIER OR TRANSPORT
TO THE BUYER PLACE ( DIMAPUR , NORTH EAST NAGALAND ).
6. EBAY IN NOT AT ALL UNDERSTANDING MY ISSUE & ALWAYS REPLY "NO FEE REVERSAL".( THE FEE AMOUNT IS MORE THEN 5000)
7. NOW WHAT WE HAVE TO DO NOW ?
8 . I AM TRYING TO QUITE THE EBAY COZ THE SRVICE ARE VERY LOW COMPARE TO BAAZEE.COM
9 . THERE IS NO PROPER COMMUNICATION IN EBAY . ALWAYS GETTING DIFFRENT PERSON ON MAIL.( NO TELEPHONE SUPPORT)
