Dont want refund in form of Ebay Coupon - please refund money

I received an email from Ebay claims resolution department saying that the refund is going to be in the form of eBay coupon.

I dont want refund as ebay coupon, i want my money back in my bank account, am not gonna agree to anything else.

Ya, I think it should not be in the form of coupons. A full refund to bank account should be given to buyer. A buyer would have already been in trouble because of item not as expected and claim process.

Quit e-bay at the earliest. I also offered copupon of 110% value through phone from one Ms Priti. It never came. So, even if you accept coupon you're no going to get it.  Customer service in ebay is pathetic, just non-existent.
