I have purchased one mobile phone no. ZOLO Q 800 through your portal. Same was delivered to me by Micro World, New Delhi. I have just opened the phone and the same is not working. The piece is defective one. I called the dealer he told me that I am lucky enough that product worked for some time and errogantly told me to do whatever I want. Is this the kind of dealer you are appointing. This dealer had no land line number and I contacted through out the day on mobile the dealer was not lifting the phone. Please do the needful
