Golden rule !.-Contact Buyer first via email ,then SMS & call & verify address and ask for landmarks before you ship.
Basic fact- Once the product is out of your hands you have to assume it may get lost ,damaged and disappear too.I always assume totall loss once is the product is out of my door.
If the buyer's phone no is not correct (happens in 1 out 10 cases ) ,you should contact ebay support & check whether the buyer has alternate contact no.
Only after talking to Buyer (or some kind of reply communication by sms/mail) ,you should ship.!
Let us say you did all this ,still Courier says can not deliver. You should contact buyer to contact COURIER office closest to consignee address or Courier customer service.
If all fails, you need to run pillar to post with the courier company to return materials to you.
Ebay will not lift their little finger in this matter.you are on youn own !!!
