Debit Card and Credit Card not working on Paisapay

Hi

I tried buying through eBay yesterday and to my Shock neither of my debit card nor any of my credit card were working on Paisapay.

As soon as i entered the Details and clicked 'Pay' button, after that the browser kept on saying 'connecting to bank' and then it give an error. I tried 16 Times before i give up on buying the product.

Then i used the same card on other shopping website and it was working perfectly.

after that i called on paisapay customer care but I they your calls only till 7.30 pm and it was 8.00 pm when i stared buying.

I was surprised since ebay sells product 24 hr but their customer care is only open between 10 to 7.30. what happens when the Buyer faces problem in transaction "GOD Knows"

I rarely buy anything from eBay, but since a got a discount coupon i was using it and buying a product.But after trying number of times nothing was working so i had to give up.

If eBay India provides this kind of services to its Buyers then i am afraid buyers will be switching to some other website.

The payment system at ebay is pretty flawed to say the least.

I had to waste my discount coupon and my time in trying to buy a simple product.

Ebay India!!! This is the buyer that is giving you a direct feedback improve your services or pack your bag.

And I request all the buyer who faced this problem yesterday to join the discussion. It is 1.00 am , 8.10.09 and still the paisapy is not working.

I also tried so many times to buy samsung 32eh4500 from ebay nd also getting the same error massage. 2day is last date for my choosen deal. I am fully stuck.
i am trying from my office high speed internet. and stuck like hell and effect on work also.

if any1 got the answer or solution for that please let me know.

I had the same problem but I found the solution! When I tried to make the payment it gave me the same error. After a few minutes my bank called me asking me if I tried to make a payment to India and I said yes so then they lifted a block on my account so that I can make the payment. I then tried to make the payment and it went through! This does not seem to be an issue with eBay, it seems to be an issue with your bank not allowing the payment to go through. If you did not receive a call from your bank then you should call them and tell them you want to make a payment to India but it's being blocked. Hope this helps 🙂

Entered DEBIT card details, clicked pay now... error message "Paypal cannot validate your debit card, try using other cards"
so what to do!!! No one got a solution pls help me ......:(

Pay-pal is the best thing...

they have their indian rendition called "paisa-pay"

tragically, in india, paisapay is any such notion is not so acclaimed so far...

they pay bills n stuff, however for connected buys, there aren't much alternatives ready so far...

I dont understand why am i getting this error everytime ... i have used more than 3 carrds to do payment "Your PaisaPay debit card payment cannot be completed. Please select a different payment type."

Same problem here, trying to buy a google nexus 7 for a friend of mine, but getting error that because of tech issues it not possible, please select another payment option.


Fix asap, this should be embarresing for ebay
