Baazee is not doing justice to buyers_beware

I would like to share the pain i have gone through, thanks to one stupid seller (baazee id: manishrohra) and the biggie, baazee team.

I, like a fool, bought nokia mobile worth 11000 from manishrohra and paid thro credit card on 16th dec 2004.
Guys, would u belive, what i experienced:
1. Seller never sent a single mail to me and never replied.
2. Seller's phone was never working, so i could never speak to him.
3. i lodged many complaints with baazee, but they havent responded yet.
4. It's almost 2 months and i havent heard from baazee or the seller.
5. I got my credit card bill for 11000 k for a product which i never received, thanks to baazee and the fake seller manishrohra. I wish, i could trace him out.
6. i am so pissed off with baazee.
7. baazee doesnt have a customer care number where u can call them. wow, isnt that a news. being one of the largest auction site india, with NO customer care number. Now this is just too greatto bear.

Now, after seeing my pain, if baazee has little bit of humanity left(sorry for the cute words im using), please explain me why this is happening and will i get my refund back?

forget abt mr. sandeep. i dont think any of the old baazee staff are there in mumbai. anytime u call up..you get replies as in a govt office. contact that person..wait for 4 days etc... instead i suggest you contact VOLUNTARY ORGANISATION IN THE INTEREST OF CONSUMERS @WWW.CONSUMER-VOICE.NET

I have already sent my buyer protection form and all posssible docs to baazee 2 days back. what do you think are the chances of getting my money back. i am asking this as u r an experienced Baazee member. What else can we do to get the money back fast?

Hi Guys,
I was planning to make a serious purchase worth abt 15k on eBay. I thought that since bazee has been taken over by eBay it would be safe.Seeing this i have come to the decision never to use eBay for trading with people in different cities.We should only pay on delivery or go there personally and buy I think.After so many complaints it is sickening to see eBay not responding. It has made me very suspicious. There are a large number of frauds loose so buy at your own risk

Why will ebay bother to reply. They are busy making "clueless" clues for the Treasure hunt game X-(

and blocking posts of distress revealing the fraud cases.

This guy "Jagdish Kumar" I was talking about had two ID's : electronicsshoppe and graymarket

I have to mail the baazee team 100 times to get one response and that too -"your docs have been forwarded to so and so...etc etc etc"...god knows when I will get my money back.

ebay is coplicated version of baazee.both have one goal.hurt the sentimentes of buyer and cheat them.it is my appeal to all internate users and buyers ,get united and fight this DACOIT.

hello friends,
I signed up at ebay to participate in
treasure hunt contest.I misclicked some products
(pressed buy now) during playing treasure hunt.

within seconds i realised this, and immediately
contacted support. I tried to find any tool/button
to revert the action. But there was nothing .

The support replied that they cant do anything.
Then i wrote to them again explaining everything in
detail and asked them a list of questions .

They avoided answering points raised by me related to
usability problem of treasure hunt contest.

Now i am getting reminders to pay the seller.

Due to lack of time i am unable to write my points
again but request anyone concerned at ebay to
see all my emails sent to them by the id of kolkata2kolkata.
