Baazee is not doing justice to buyers_beware

I would like to share the pain i have gone through, thanks to one stupid seller (baazee id: manishrohra) and the biggie, baazee team.

I, like a fool, bought nokia mobile worth 11000 from manishrohra and paid thro credit card on 16th dec 2004.
Guys, would u belive, what i experienced:
1. Seller never sent a single mail to me and never replied.
2. Seller's phone was never working, so i could never speak to him.
3. i lodged many complaints with baazee, but they havent responded yet.
4. It's almost 2 months and i havent heard from baazee or the seller.
5. I got my credit card bill for 11000 k for a product which i never received, thanks to baazee and the fake seller manishrohra. I wish, i could trace him out.
6. i am so pissed off with baazee.
7. baazee doesnt have a customer care number where u can call them. wow, isnt that a news. being one of the largest auction site india, with NO customer care number. Now this is just too greatto bear.

Now, after seeing my pain, if baazee has little bit of humanity left(sorry for the cute words im using), please explain me why this is happening and will i get my refund back?

Hi Baazee Team,

I am very upset of your care on buyers.

I selected Paypaisa Online Money Transfer with my exact delivery address. It automatically erases the line 1 or line 2 or line 3 and askes to re-enter them.

If I select the creditcard payment, it says

Your IP address / location ----.----.----.---- is being tracked for security reasons. Fraudulent use of credit cards is liable for legal action.

What does this mean!

My both credit & debit cards are legal and currenty working!

I'm a new buyer in Bazee (now eBay), initally I was of intuition that Bazee is a good place to buy. But after seeing this kinda of complaints and issues (Bazee's response as quoted by one of the buyers), I'm having a second thought of using bazee.
Any Update on this issue..

I have booked a MINI DV Sony DCR -HC 32 The person Mr "jagdish kumar" graymarkit@hotmail.com duped many people He got complete -9 rating till to day.I have paid Rs.17201.00 Including delivery charges.
The way he done the mischievs or fraud through the net.
1) He hav no record of selling previous item (No rating)
2) He sold all item through Auction So nothing will be un paid.
3) His closing Dates for auctions are for More than 10 item at one day it self.
4) He communicated nicely till he get the Order.
5) His phone Never worked, to contact him.
6) No E- Mail Replay After Order Placed.
7) Do this Baazee Have any task force to inplement the Conditions given for selling and buying other than Black listing
When This will end, How Baazee recover the money collected through the banks and paisa pay.

I have been cheated of 10500 too by a guy from chandigarh(Order ID : 2924833)The seller (Bazee ID: electronicshoppe (21229722) has absconded totally after getting the payment in DD. This fraud seller has absconded with more than 2 lakhs by cheating over 20 innocent buyers.Please see my post under "Help from other users" - sandeepsharma1982 is my ID. It is bringing a bad name to genuine sellers like you to. Its spoililng our trust on sellers @ baazee.
Can u give me the contact number of Mr. Sandeep or any other personnel at Baazee who helped you and can help me too. I desperately need some help to resolve my issue and get my money back. It would be very very helpful if you could share some valuable suggestions in this regard. Plz Help bhaiya.:_|

Soon this page will have more than 20 odd complaints about Mr Jagdish Kumar (electronicshoppe -21229722)from Chandigarh cheating more than 2 lakh from atleast 20 odd innocent buyers.
Some of those who have been cheated are : sandeepsharma1982 , vaibh007 , jaiserve , deepakyadav4u , abhaybhandare , jeah74 , dipsbug , josephpp , kundan_kumar , kkunnikrishnan , merashops .... the list will grow
Where is the god damn "SELLER VERIFICATION" AND "BUYER PROTECTION". Whre is my money?? eBay n Baazee I want my money back. I wanted to know from u guys who have posted here whether this fraud "JAGDISH KUMAR" has more than 1 ID. As per my knowledge he has the ID : electronicshoppe (21229722).

I had this doubt as merashop reported a rating of (-9) for this rascal but i see it as (-6). EVEN THE EMAIL ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT : graymarkit@hotmail.com although i have it as jagguudada@hotmail.com.... WHAT A DACOIT ???..he has made a big bunny out of all of us(numbers growing fast)..MY ESTIMATE OF 2 LAKH MAYBE WRONG THEN...it should be DOUBLE that amount that he has looted.
