I would like to share the pain i have gone through, thanks to one stupid seller (baazee id: manishrohra) and the biggie, baazee team.

I, like a fool, bought nokia mobile worth 11000 from manishrohra and paid thro credit card on 16th dec 2004.
Guys, would u belive, what i experienced:
1. Seller never sent a single mail to me and never replied.
2. Seller's phone was never working, so i could never speak to him.
3. i lodged many complaints with baazee, but they havent responded yet.
4. It's almost 2 months and i havent heard from baazee or the seller.
5. I got my credit card bill for 11000 k for a product which i never received, thanks to baazee and the fake seller manishrohra. I wish, i could trace him out.
6. i am so pissed off with baazee.
7. baazee doesnt have a customer care number where u can call them. wow, isnt that a news. being one of the largest auction site india, with NO customer care number. Now this is just too greatto bear.

Now, after seeing my pain, if baazee has little bit of humanity left(sorry for the cute words im using), please explain me why this is happening and will i get my refund back?

dear friends,
I had purchased item No.6760524764 from a seller on ebay (dms_comp_in1). though i have his e mails confirming receipt of total amount i still have to receive this item. i even made a complaint to e bay regarding this. the seller is still on ebay selling goods. shouldn't once the ebay receives a complaint stop the seller from selling items or atlest restrict him. it seems they wont do it and as far as the seller is concerned he has turned off his mobile, won't accept SMS. won't even send e mails.
should this mean we should file a complaint against the seller and make ebay a party too?

Hi All,
ebay is worst supporter of buyers.
I was searching a link to report on froud seller dalcomputer, till now I did not found. I paid through PaisaPay (PaisaPay ID 69526773). Payment was sent on 26-May-2005 using my debit card.

Baazee was the best, I spent about 25K+ on purchases and I never got bad experiance due to buyer protection policy. There is no such protection here for buyer.

Beware spending on ebay India, its a worst market place.

Hello i am newbie just ordered item form one seller not yet paid..tell me is it safe or i should cancel it yeah amount is not very big i just want to try.

any feedback or comment from senior member ( somebody pls give any good feedback did their any experience was good??)

The ebay support is very worst, even after 4days after reporting problem(after finding link to report about seller)I did not recived any email or none from ebay contacted me.

This is my last transaction on ebay (infact first and very worst). Buying on ebay India is very risky. Pay and forget it!!! (if you have more money to spend like this)

Dear all,

I totally understand the frustation which comes when the product is not recieved or the seller does not respond. I have been through similar experience too. But believe me, I was given a wonderful support from eBay india team. I was guided through the procedure for contacting the seller and was given good help in lots of occasions.

Please user your best judgement in purchasing. I believe eBay provides a lot of info to make a good decision. Also if help is needed. Ask for it, and it will be provided.

Hi Friends,

Its been 1.3 years since i visited last to the THEN Baazee.com and now ebay.in. The first thing i did after my return was to see the threads that i started in baazee community as a Buyer.

I read all the replies to my thread and the concerns which buyers are faced with.

I would like to narrate what happened to this Case of THE THEN BAAZEE fake seller ManishRohra, who cheated me then(1.5 year back) and how baazee(paisapay) helped me out then.

After repeatedly lodging complaints to paisapay about my grievings, i indeed received 10000 RS cheque from paisapay as the refund(though the item value was 13000 or something) as baazee use to give a tops of 10000 INR only(Still the same with ebay.in, i guess).
By the time i received my redund (3000 INR less), i learnt a very big lesson.

To buy items from THEN baazee, now EBAY, i guess we buyers need to verify about the seller first by hook or by crook. Only after we are really sure about him, should we bid or buy items from him. Believe me, this is the ONLY 1 gurumantra i learnt from my experience.

Since, its my first visit to ebay.in (It was baazee.com the last time i purchased any item), it would be improper for me to comment anything about ebay.in at the moment.

I REALLY DONT AGREE TO YOUR SAYING,
I KNOW THAT SELLER MANISHROHRA FROM ULHASNAGAR WAS SUSPENDED AND HE HAS CHEATED YOU.AND HE WAS SUSPENDED FOR THAT.,,,, BUT

I WANTED TO TELL U,IF U PAID HIM 11000/-,YOU COULD HAVE SURELY GOT RS 10,000/- REFUND FROM BAAZEE BY THEIR BUYER PROTECTION PROGRAM.I AM NOT BUILDING CASTLES IN AIR.

I TOO FACED THE SAME PROBLEM WHEN I DID NOT RECEIVE A MOBILE PHONE WHICH I BROUGHT FROM SELLER FROM DELHI.
BUT THEN I OPENED A DISPUTE WITH THAT SELLER AND AFTER 2 MONTHS RECEIVED THE WHOLE AMOUNT REFUND FROM BAAZEE.

IT JUST REQUIRED REGULAR FOLLOW UP WITH THE BAAZEE DIPUTE TEAM,I KNOW I HAD TO FILL THE BUYER PROTECTION FORM AND SUBMIT ALL THE PAYMENT PROOFS,AND WHEN THEY WERE VERIFIED I WAS REFUNDED MY WHOLE MONEY BACK.

I WISHED U COULD HAVE TAKEN SOME MORE PAINS IN THE FOLLOW UP AND YOU COULD HAVE AT LEAST GOT YOUR 10,000/- RS BACK FROM BAAZEE.
BUT NOW THE TIME HAS GONE,I REALLY FELT BAD AFTER HEARING THAT FRAUD PEOPLE MAKE MONEY AND HONEST BUYERS LIKE YOU HAVE TO BEAR THE CONSIQUENCES.
