BUYING ON EBAY IS NOT SAFE

THIS IS MY FIRST THAT I BID AND WON 2 JEWELLERY ITEMS FROM IGEMS - THESE GUYS HAVE NEITHER DELIVERED AND NOR DO THEY RESPOND. EBAY ALSO HAS A TOTAL LAID BACK ATTITUDE - WE DON'T GIVE A DAMN ATTITUDE.
I DEMAND A REFUND - EBAY ALSO HAS NOT RESPONDED TO THE DISPUTES I HAVE FILED IN.
NEVER EVER TRUST YOUR MONEY ON SUCH PORTALS.

@shubhapst : Your problems are more personal with ebay than genuine. Your actual problem is your self.

ideally you should be doing this

1. Buy a product after research and readign the advisory notes

2. Make payment as per ebay directions

3. If cheated approach law inforcement agencies and inform ebay by opennign a dispute and leave a feedback

4. If you post a problem on community like a fraud you will be rightly directly guided towards a BUYER PROTECTION PROGRAM.

Here if you have a genuien case with proper procedures followed by you .. you will get a clam upto 10000/-

Now please dont just look to post against ebay unnecessarily.

And i repeat -- ITS A OPEN PLATFORM , YOU WILL FIND BOTH GOOD AND BAD OVER HERE.

If you go to a any Market in your city, you can find many good sellers as well as sellers who cheats. You can't say the whole market is cheat/fraud!

Like wise you cant blame eBay which is a platform. Buy products from right sellers!

Check their reputation.

And one thing is for sure, communication is the best tool here. ---------------

I totaly Agree. EBAY is not SAFE. Who do you expect to trust than a expert leader in biding prog than ebay.

I bought this item for a small price from the invogue-inc3. He sends me a non-functional item then on return to his place within the warranty he dosnt turn back.

He wants a slip of the Delivery that i sent back an Item
and I send him that 2. Now its been more than 2 weeks sicne i have got anything back.

FAKE sellers. Now I cant even leave a feedback since the list has expired. What great buy.
