BUYER PROTECTION DOES WORK !!

recently I lodged a buyer protection claim because the Seller did not replace the defective item. The whole procedure took about 30 days and involved sending fax to USA (eBay) etc but in the end my claim was upheld. I have received the email today that my account will be credited. Thank you eBay for keeping your promises ๐Ÿ™‚

I am also facing same problem. The supplier has supplied nonworking item and the (supposed)replacement also not working. A dispute is raised and acknowledgrd by ebay. But after 15days the status changed to CLOSED without my knowledge. I think that either my understanding of ebay overruled in settling the claim. is not proper or I am over ruled in refusung the claim. In anycase no communication to me. Sending a email to ebay is a herculus task. baazee was far better.

If you escalate the claim, then your dispute will be closed by eBay and further action will continue. Try to give more details if possible. Also Buyer Protection link gives all the necessary steps required. Hope this helps.

YA YOU ARE RIGHT.
I TOO FACED THE SAME PROBLEM WHEN I DID NOT RECEIVE A MOBILE PHONE WHICH I BROUGHT FROM SELLER FROM DELHI.
BUT THEN I OPENED A DISPUTE WITH THAT SELLER AND AFTER 2 MONTHS RECEIVED THE WHOLE AMOUNT REFUND FROM BAAZEE.

IT JUST REQUIRED REGULAR FOLLOW UP WITH THE BAAZEE DIPUTE TEAM,I KNOW I HAD TO FILL THE BUYER PROTECTION FORM AND SUBMIT ALL THE PAYMENT PROOFS,AND WHEN THEY WERE VERIFIED I WAS REFUNDED MY WHOLE MONEY BACK.
