Strange but true, when i responded to an advertisement on ebay.in and placed oreder for purchase of one
for an amount of Rs.30000/=and was assured to despatch the shipment on 28/12/2013.To my surprise i got a mail and text message that case for refund has been processed and the amount shall be refunded to your account. i just fail to understand how and why the order was cancelled without my knowledge.When i tried to contact the ebay on toll free No i was told please wait for 30 minutes and even after thirty minutes i was not given access to any executive for clarification.
It seems ebay india has taken the coustomers for granted .Through this mail which may also be treated a final notice from my side to restore the contract or else i shall be construed to initite proceedings in the Consumers forum and will necessarily include the intrest and penality as well.
