8 GB micro SD card.. Fake or really working. Scandisk sales center in India

I recently brought a 8GB microSD card from ebay

But when i tried to use it, id dosent work. The seller is not ready to respond to take it back. Also how to claim SanDisk warranty ? Where is the service or sales center for ScanDisk.
I have lost Rs1300 for this.

After seeing the listing, I don't think its fake. Did you received the VAT Invoice and the Sandisk MicroSD card in sealed pack?

Just contact Sandisk customer care (1800-100-3277 / indiasupport@sandisk.com) for the warranty claim as it comes with 5 year Manufacturer's warranty. ---------------
