-tv Feed back not removed by ebay even after wining the cases on C.Cort

I've filled the -tv feedback removal case on community Cort and won around 4 cases iv received the email from community Cort stated that iv won that case by 51% voting and -tv feedback will be removed, but those -tv feedback not yet removed by eaby. i request to ebay.in community Cort dept. kindly look into the mater and do the needful

remove feedback of this seller. I voted in your favour in community court.
In my opinion : If the item is not in stock and you are refunding the money of
the buyer then you should not get negative feedback for this. The main negative
feedback generating problem is - NO STOCK though I maintain my stock with me
always but yes once there was a time when I didn't had stock for the items. This
really ruin our reputation but somehow buyers didn't gave me negative for this -
my good luck all I can say.

Dear All,
I have also faced the similar problem and the feedback is still not removed even after writing mails to Jinesh, Navin , Seema so many times.

For the item 260336851870, the buyer left a negative feedback and i appealed for the same in community court and the jury favored me. But the feedback is still not been removed.
Thanks to please remove the same.

Me too facing the same situation. Community court voted in my favour and ebay is yet to remove the feedback. No action from their side at all.

Yes, I agree. It is bad that eBay is so late in giving justice. eBay is an American company, where they say 'Time is Money'. But here in India it seems they have broken their own policy. May be they want to say that 'Time is Money, but Delay is more Money'.
