when i talked with customer care they told me to submit POI,POR along with the Proof of Merchandise.  THE problem is The item i listed is a gift to me hence i don`t have any recipt or invoice for it. Is there any solution for this problem?

There is no other solution but to give what eBay asked!

eBay has every right to place restrictions when the item that are sold are branded or high end items.

So, you have no other choice but to submit what they have asked.
