Negative feedback by Fake buyer ,feeling helpless .

I got a negative feedback of bad quality by a buyer to whom I never shipped any item . I do not accept any cash of delivery order. He saysd in his feedback that he paid thr cash on delivery and he got worst
quality product .it is given with bad intention and I am helpless

is there ANYBODY WHO CAN HELP ME ..............

there was nothing special to keep the item as private . I mostly sell women apparels , the item in question was

You are seller too .. Will you sell any product on cash on delivery who is just seven days old on ebay with no feedback ?
I do not accept cash on delivery order from any buyer even if he is old ebayer .

Just contact your Category Manager.

If buyer is not contactable, then ebay will remove the feedback posted & deregister the id.

Also go to Community Court regarding this issue.

It will take a while, but we Sellers will surely support you to get this feedback removed asap.
