This morning, one buyer from Ooty purchased one of my products in error. On speaking with him, I realized he used the payment method as 'OTHER'. However as the buyer was very co-operative, we canceled the transaction and didn't have too much of an issue.
With the case as above, I was able to contact the buyer and solve the issue. However, at times there are buyers who use the 'OTHER' payment method and never respond or pay.
My question is that is there a way to avoid this?
I have activated the use of Cell Phone verification for Buyers with feedback 1 and lower. This reduces the the false purchase by a great extent.
Should anyone have an opinions on this, please reply to me.
