My ebay seller acount is below standard due to 6 defect rate but 2 defect rate is counted wrongly by ebay system. I raised complaints more they 5 time from last 1 month but till now no follow up from ebay customer support .infect ebay executive also told me that they counted wrongly by system and they forwarded your concern to the concern department and they will remove your 2 defect rate which is counted wrongly. so that i am not able to do a new lisitng . can any one help me what i need to do in that case. where i have to complaint against ebay customer support.
