I mainly use home page featured for promoting my products, suddenly a month ago....even if i select home page featured while listing, my product wasn't visible. Initially contacted customer care by email and phone, but they say my item is visible in featured items but it wasn't visible. Then reported to account manager, then contacted many people in ebay like ravisekar, abhijit, dipti, sanket....but stil no positive reply from them, everytime i contact them they say wait for few more days we are working on it like that. I am so much fed up of this and my sales is almost nil. I would like to know whether any of you faced this kind of problem, if so what is the solution?
