Its not only in community court, That resign in bug is happening in many places-

1- While relisting single item,
2- revising a single item.

Problem is platform independent and is also not being fixed by clearing cache.

SAME WITH ME.I FULLY AGREE WITH THIS BUG.SOMETHNG'S WRONG HAPPENING.SAME MESSAGE AS STATED ABOVE RECEIVED TWICE IN THIS WEEK.MY BUYER IS FULLY SATISFIED AND HAS PROVIDED GOOD COMMENTS SO THAT THIS NEGATIVE RATING CAN B REMOVED BUT THEN ALSO.....

For my account its working fine. I think may be its browser issue previously before a month I have faced same issue after changing browser its working fine now and I am able to vote in CC.
