Customer Support of eBay becoming worst day by day see How?

Dear Sellers,

See one more e.g. of worst service of eBay customer support. Either eBay has not given proper training to executives or may be executives are DUMB. Today one of buyer submitted claim for which buyer paid on 18th Dec On same day product dispatched. Today is 19th and shipment is under transit. Its not yet delivered to the buyer. Buyer filed case as "item is not as expected" under eGuarantee.

Buyer not yet received product then how buyer come to know that item is not as expected? How that executive registered his claim? eBay not have any Quality Analyst to give feedback to the executives on there mistakes?

Really its serious matter. As due to mistake of eBay executives unfair claim will be counted to seller account.God Know what will happen in future if executives do same with all sellers.
