Buyer wants to KNOW HOW TO REMOVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK

Dear All,

The buyer had gone out of city when I had sent the "feedback revision form" and the 10 day period has passed and now on getting the email he wants to revise the negative feedback that he has given but does not know how?.

Please advise how he should go about removing the given negative feedback. This is urgent as he travels a lot and will not be available again.

Pl note that "feedback revision form" can be sent only once.
If I am correct, you get 5 feedback revision requests per 1000 ratings.

The cust care is giving canned answers to the buyer and once again if he goes out of town then I will have to wait for another month.

Hi

That will not help. Even if the buyer sends the message through "contact us" the -ve will not be removed. You can request only 5 feedback revisions in one calender year and if the buyer does not respond to your revision request - may be due to not happy or as in your case the buyer being out of town, you loose the chance of re-sending it again.

I am afraid you may have to have to -ve in your account until it gets cleared i.e by the year end.

Once you get a neg, block the buyer and look for new buyers. That's what I do. I feel it is a waste of time and effort chasing the buyer and waiting anxiously expecting him to have mercy on me and bless me with his positives.
