My order was shipped late and then got stuck in transit. It was eventually returned to the seller by the courier. I submitted a "not received" claim and was duly assigned a claim ID. I missed the verification call and got an email asking me to provide an alternate contact number. The mail cited the PaisaPay ID and other details of the transaction. That's all straightforward.
However, the said mail also stated: "Action : Buyer to provide Proof of Payment". I was astounded!! What other proof do they need or expect me to provide when they already have the PaisaPay ID and all other details??!!
