My PaisaPay doesn't shows claims in progress

I have recently had to make two refund claims. Both are in progress but in "My PaisaPay" under Refunds/Exceptions section, it says "There are no items to be displayed."

 

Case 1: The item didn't work as specified. The seller was very cooperative and asked me to claim a refund. I did, and received a verification call from eBay. That was 5 days ago and I'm waiting for my refund coupon.

 

Case 2: This is a clear-cut case of "not received". I submitted a claim the day before the end of the grace period after the delivery deadline.. I missed the verification call from eBay and got an email asking for an alternate phone number. I immediately sent the number but they haven't called yet.

 

The point is: The two cases above should be displayed in My PaisaPay page in the appropriate sections, but they are not shown at all.
