I am a top rated seller with 99% positive feedback.The buyer left the negative feedback saying
ITS APIECE OF SH**.BETTER THAN CHEATING PEOPLE,GO AND BEG
In communication with me he has used unprofessional language like f****** ball and bull sh**. So, I asked the ebay to take action against the buyer and remove negative feedback, but ebay is not taking any action.
I called the buyer and he was very rude and asked me to refund money without product. I kindly asked him to return product and get full refund, but he is not ready to resolve issue. Closely looking at his profile, I found he has left 3 negative and 1 neutral feedback in last 4 months.
I am still wondering why ebay is not taking action against the buyer and removing feedback based on inappropriate language.
Please beware of buyer and post that should ebay take action against this buyer and remove negative feedback.
