Dear Navin,

I must appreciate and congratulate for your good efforts in Jewellery section, amidst many controversial steps recently taken by Ebay to ruin the scenarion as a whole.

This Flat Fee system of Rs 1500/- for the first time will bring a long term good effect in selling process. I was suggesting this to our previous Account Manager Miss Sayeda many times. In this regard, I have few good and practical suggestions to implement :

# Nowadays, everywhere, the system of UNLIMITED USE, has
started - Like - Mobile, Telephone, Internet etc. In
all these services a Fixed amount is charged for
unlimited use. In the same line, I suggest, Rs 1000/-
Monthly Flat Fee for Unlimited Listings should be
fixed permanently for big Sellers, who will show case
their products thereby
Buyers will have an opportunity of viewing a large
variety of products. This should not be for 1 month,
but permanent. One more thing can also be done. If
any seller want to pay for whole year, Ebay may charge
Rs.10000/- for whole year.

# Secondly, rhis Flat Fee system should also be
introduced for International Listings. If any seller
pays Rs 2000/- per Month, he should be allowed to list
unlimited products Internationally + Nationally.
# Ebay may slightly increase Final Value Fee against
these concessions. In my opinion, sellers will have
no objection.
# One more innovative suggestion. Since few years, all
big companies have introduced Business Promotion
Foreign Trips as incentive. If Ebay introduce such
trips for high value sellers depending on Ebay Fee
Amount,it will boost the moral of sellers, minimise
out of Ebay Transactions, Sellers will exchange ideas,
and thereby all round development of Ebay Community.

It is correct, Ebay is for safety of both Sellers and Buyers but under no ciscunstances, Ebay should not frame buyer favoured policy at the cost of sellers.
