Ebay india does not seem to have its act right> I had sent below mail with attachment of courier bill abd received no response from them. Will try to avoid ebay in future. Terrible when it comes to addressing the concerns of buyers in my case.

email sent on 29th oct = i had raised a Refund request initiated for PaisaPay ID 27634239459. (Ebay ID is victor0012) Am told this has been approved. I had ordered for a blackberry oem housing for 8310 and had received wrong item. I was asked to send this back.

I have incurred an expense of Rs.250 to send this by courier back to seller. Was told that the courier would be reimbursed by Ebay. I have attached herewith the proof of dispatch and the cost is also mentioned in it (Bluedart vocuher). Pls do the needful on the refund of this amount at the earliest.

I have not received the product that i ordered please return my money back my alternate number is been updated please do the needful!

the response from grievance team takes more than 8 days till today , can any one help me. I wrote sevaral emails to ebay and insellervarification@ebay.com email ID>

2. I am sure that even it was not there on auxus website before 1st Jan, I have attachedthe product html page , which I had downloaded on 1st Jan, (see properties of the html file , that will show you date and time.
 
2. attached snap for Tech Specs page on 1st Jan from Auxus, having no detail of core degraded info.
 
3. attached tech specs page from auxus web site showing core degraded info with *mark statement.. (even company has updated the listing after I reported the issue
 
4. attached Tech specs on ebay page , even it is still not displaying the core degraded info
seller has hidden these details.
 
5. in short , even company hid the fact with customer, later they updated on their official website but the setter is still not showing on ebay.
 
6. I can not be with this product, I hope will get a positive response and there will be no need further escalation.
 
 
 
7. I bought this phone to play hight resolution games as this was showed that 1.7 ghz cpu, but in real I experienced very bad performance in mos of the games, they are gettting stucked in middle of the game, but low resolutions games works fine.
 
I am a tech specialist and very well know about this problem. which is only related to processors it self. so there is no used to keep this with me anymore.
 
In the ticket created with Auxus it is clearly said for return process see below note : on 6th Jan from their official staff not service center.

Even am facing the same issues with the fake "refund" option of ebay and filing a legal case. . . .  . you need to send a legal notice to ebay and the seller for legal action if the value of the product is high. . . . Or approach the district consumer court where they will have to represent with the lawyer if you wish to sweat it out in court.

Today i have been asked to get the DOA letter to claim my refund..but by seeing this i am not sure what they will do with  DOA letter...its terrible experience shopping with the ebay..

i puchased

Auxus ONE - OCTA CORE SMARTPHONE ROTATING 15.5MP CAMERA BACK SENSOR TOUCH iberry

ordered on 3rd jan 2015 got delivery on 21st jan 2015 and the product was damaged ..sim 1 slot was not working ..conatcted ebay support team and they asked me to contact iberry service centre now its almost 3weeks i still havent recived my phone..

today when i called to customer care of ebay they are asking me to get DOA from iberry.

i took this phone on EMI and i paid two EMI's ...

Is there anyone **bleep** to hear our request ..

I have escalated this case with ebay on various portals like FB, Twitter and found some internal email IDs from internet sources, after many escalations.. they agreed to give me 800 Rs of compansation as s Gift voucher of Ebay.

 

Same thing , I had claimed with ebay and they have been agree to replace the mobile phone with a new handset and 1 bettery and 1 flilp covert  both are priced as (990 +450) on ebay portal.

 

in total they had provided 2240 of accessories free due to all this concern.

 

 

though , i will say that , I had faced no issues with the product, the only thing is the mismatch in the clock rate of the CPU in case in future if I find that the processors is in real only 1.4 instead of 1.7 .. i will file legal complaint..... against Ebay and Seller
