No PaisaPay Refund for Delivered Items

The Buyer would not have an option to raise a PaisaPay Refund Claim in case Buyer has received the Delivery but is not satisfied with the same. If during the Refund Claim Verification it is later found that a PaisaPay Refund Claim was filed for item quality / description related disputes, irrespective of the nature and extent of difference in quality / description, such PaisaPay Refund Claims would be rejected. However, in such cases the Buyer can file a claim as Significantly Not As Described (SNAD) claim under eBay Buyer Protection Program. Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including: Cancellation of payment Refund Claim being put on hold or rejection of a refund claim eBay User ID Restriction or Suspension Referral to Law Enforcement
