ICICI Gift Voucher on EMI not working

You are advertising ICICI gift vouchers on this this page
http://pages.ebay.in/icici/

And it says the vouchers are valid till Nov 15, however the discount code for EMI gives following error.

The gift voucher ICICI42020 has expired or has met the maximum eligible redemptions. Please try another voucher or continue with your payment.

Is there is an error on eBay's part or the voucher has a limit, if so why it has not been mentioned on the deal page?

Can we use the ICICI voucher more that once or what, I tried using the Netbanking voucher the 2nd time and I got an error message saying "already used", why is this please ???
