Feedback / Defect Calculation... Changes Should Required Now

Hello Sellers / eBay,

 

Below are few things We have noticed in feedback system or calculating defect rate.

 

Seller will be punished for below points.

 

1. Buyer leaves negative no matter that will be for manufacturer warranty

 

2. Buyer refused to accept the product & that will be returned to seller & if eBay provides refund to buyer

 

3. Buyer leaves casulal feedbacks where he not select ratings & directly clicks on leave feedback

 

4. If buyer gaves negative feedback for quality concerns for manufacturer warranty products in those cases also eBay not

 

removes negative.

 

5. Transitions left with Feedback will be calculated to check performance what about other transition where buyer not left

 

feedback?

 

Why eBay should  not do like below.

 

1. If buyer raises claim regarding quality concerns for manufacturer warranty products then those feedbacks also should

 

be removed as product carry 1 year manufacturer warranty & seller can't able to do anything in such cases.

 

2.  Wht seller should be punished when buyer refuses to accept package? Why eBay will not deduct shipping charges or why they

 

no rembuirse shipping charges to seller in such transitions?

 

3. Why eBay not leaves "Transition sucessful" comment with 5 star ratings for those transition where buyer not leaves feedbacks

 

or not raises claim. 5 Star ratings should be done after 30 days & we are not insisting immediately.

 

4. In some cases seller clearly mentions which courier he is going to use for shipping product. But still buyer places order &

 

gaves delivery address which is not serviceable. If seller refunds there money stating this reason, then we can see that that will

 

be calculated under performance tab with an option "Cancelled Orders". May I know why??? What is seller mistake here?

 

5. After raising claim under eBay guarantee, product amount will be debited from seller's paisa pay account. That amount will be

 

credited back after 20-25 days. Why should there will be delay in processing claim? For manufacturer warranty products buyers

 

rasies claim which will be declined after reviewing then why debit for such claims? Why we not have separate team which will

 

close such claims where buyer filed claims like product not working or softwares are not working etc...

 

 

As eBay is making so many changes, We as a seller expecting solution on above queries. Will be great if atleast eBay team will

 

comment on this.
