I have brought Zinc projector from ebay but that piece is defective as it's illumination is not correct,its not as per sellers discription,it gives shock at some areas and when I contacted seller he is not ready to listen to me and told me to contact ebay.When I contacted ebay they told me to contact seller.So there is no one to help for customer and this is only one online shopping site who treat their customer in such careless way.Is ebay a scam????
