Biased Ebay Policy

Hi,

Its very unfortunate to say in this forum that ebay is very biased to buyer only. Buyer can give negative to any seller though even seller is giving genuine reason of failed service, but if buyer gets default sometimes then we seller cant give them the negative feedback.We have only 2 options either positive feedback and feedback can provide later but it has to be postive. We just wanted to raise a question here, whether we seller are not human or whether are god that they cant cheat us or they cant make lies then any other human being.

Why buyer is so biased for buyer. Atleast we cant expect such biasness from the brand like ebay. I would reques the ebay through this discussion that kindly change your policy and make it biased, as we sellers are also cheated from buyers so often that because of your just this policy the cheating number is increasing day by day.

We hope that ebay would take this issue seriously and do the needful in this direction too.

Buyers duty is to pay its the sellers duty to satisfy thats the policy that ebay uses. Buyer completes his duty by paying on time and then if he feels he is not satisfied in some way he has got a right to post negative feedback. But by the act of paying on time he has absolved himself of any possibility of receiving a negative fedback.

It works 95% of the times but 5% of the times its problematic
