I am a regular online shopper, but never have I experienced such a pathetic customer service. First of all, I raised an eBay guarantee claim, which did get resolved. But it's been almost two months and I still haven't received my money! Every time they say that my DD will ship soon, or arrange for a call back - but nothing ever comes.
I have been nice to them for quite some time now, but I will definitely take action against them.
This is a pre notice for EBay for the case I am going to file against one. I'll be sending an official one soon. You have a deadline for 2 days. Either give my money back or I'll see you guys soon.
