Hi,
Tried purchasing item 281430280483 from ebay on 14-Oct-2014.
The payment was successful but payment gateway and ebay interaction failed and the item was not purchased.
Raised a ticket with ebay on 14th itself numbered
SR# 1-36847004179
ebay asked for more details while raising a complaint. The additional details were provided from the bank statement on 16th.
However even after providing all the details there is no response from ebay. Everytime I call up the customer care they keep talking of some 48 hours to process refund but nothing happens in the 48 hours.
I am thinking of taking ebay to consumer court and also complaining to RBI for inordinate delays in processing refunds.
Can you guide in the matter?
