not received the product, shipment lost in transist,no refund till now

Hi,

I had purchased a new feature phone costing Rs.2700 on 31st Oct, 2016. Payment made through online internet banking.

Item ID - 182332413510, ebay Guarantee Claim ID : 2473055, PaisaPay ID : 44025406455.

The shipment which was through FedEx was lost in transist and then the issue was with the claims dept. Now 22 days have passed have not received proper update as in what is the procedure followed, just getting reply from the customer that the money is safe and all.

I have asked for the refund of money i do not want any calls, i had payed  instantaneously while buying so if i want the refund i will require an immediate refund.

 

What i see the Customer service do not take the responsibility of the issue they just say you will get a call from the claims dept. Have been following now everyday from the day of purchase, its so miserable Customer service.
