Dears,
I have purchased an item from eBay but after I fill my visa number and processed the order, the amount was deducted from my bank account but the purchase order on eBay wasn't complete or confirmed & the item still in the cart. I called my bank and they gave me a reference number for the transaction so the amount can be released. Please Advise..
