I have paid for my two item to seller Deccani pearls about a month ago.I informed the matter to customer support but they till now can't solved the problem.Why ebay has no control upon their sellers?We the buyers can't file any case against sellers,we don't have so time or we can't waste our money,Please refund my money immediately.

I have also paid nearly 20 days ago and have not received the items and also even after repeatedly writing to the seller on their private mail and also thru 'ebay' there has been no response.
Really dont know how to take this forward and to report the non delivery of items.
