fraud seller

recently i have bought one digital sony handycam worth of 17000.00, the seller has send an empty box without the product. so how can i claim my money?

This is online bussiness.Here a buyer trust a seller and vice versa ....so I say the whole thing stands on the faith upon each other.
E-bay should devise some way as these trust is not marred.
By the way...felt really sorry to learn for taken for a ride!

recently i had done bidding for a SONY MP3 from seller id 2007 gusn.He is a fraud seller. dont buy from him.he will let u know his conditions after you pay the money.his bidding is also not as competitive as others.
