On 25-Feb-2015, I had purchased Prolab Whey Isolate Vanilla Cream 2 lbs (321676540906) from ebay.in. It is supposed to be dissolved in water and then drink. It did not dissolve in water. I complaint to the seller and manufacturer. The seller refused to entertain complaint even though the manufacturer suggested to return to the retailer and the manufacturer was ready for refund. This raises suspicion that the product might be fake.
The ebay claims to provide money back guarantee in case of bad product. However, it refused to entertain guarantee on this product stating "your claim has rejceted Becuase ebay policy we do not cover eatable product"
