Hi,

I had ordered kids dresses from ebay. The order amount was $25.06 , which i paid through credit card. I never received the items, i wrote to the seller and ask them to ship at a different address. There also, items never reached. Now i demended for the refund to the seller, and they are not resopnding properly to my mails. Please tell me what can be done in this regard? Please help me to get my money back.

Please provide additional information like the seller id from whom you purchased, what you purchased, when etc., as these info will help us find a solution to your problems rather than feeling cheated. Have you escalated this to ebay and to the seller as it is mandatory to inform your seller through ebay messaging services to get a redressal. Ig you have used paisapay, the payment will be held till you confirm item receipt. Pl give the additional information sought so that i can give some advise.
