i had purchased a mobile under ebay...............the seller is a fake one(fake contact details and wrong shipment no.)............i contacted customercare on 17 april.....the cc guy told it will be resolved within 24 hrs...........and every time i called them same response and finally the cc guy told you can raise a claim under ebay guarantee only after 7days.........i raised the claim and called the cc guy he told me to wait for 24hrs..........again i called them after 24hrs..he told me to wait for 7 days.............after 7 days i contacted ebay through chat...........they told that according to ebay policy....your claim will be processed by our claim department and the same will be resolved within 20days...............so friends never buy from ebay they will frustate you with their dumb customer support.......(ps. the only email i got from ebay is to provide feedback on their cc support.didnot get a single mail regarding my problem)..........................................
