Still waiting for resolution.

I bought JBL Flip 2 refurbished which was not working on its arrival. I asked them to return the same with refund or replacement then seller and ebay said that I should go to service centre. Well I went which i dont want want to. Service center of JBL denied me service telling seller and ebay not authorised to have service from them. Further contacted to ebay since seller  not responding and given idle contact numbers.

 

Sahil International, who is marketing and supplier of the jbl product in India verified same via their official email ID. Now they asking formal DOA letter. Further everybody is asking me to prove that seller is authorised or sahil international is authorised.

Nobody is taking call for the product. Finally I returned the product to seller hoping that might change its stand but no reply yet.
