I paid by paisa pay ID 322099654237, for a mobile phone on 21/2/2017. The seller provided a AWB No. 15002966193 of BlueDart which actually does not exist. The seller informed me by message portal of eBay that courier refused to ship item and told me to ask for refund when delivery deadline is over. I asked for refund on 4/3/16, as I had to wait. But eBay paisapay is showing refund request is on hold as seller appealed. On the other hand, seller informed me by message portal that he informed eBay as he approved the refund and also asked me if he still wants the item. There is no room for showing the messages by the seller. I wrote 3 times to customer care, but no reply came. I suspect that eBay India is now run by some sellers, inside.
