Item not delivered within time line, so claimed ebay item not received, then received item after 2 days, then informed ebay item received, but item was wrong n broken one n not working, so opened claim (claim id 2696372), approved for refund on next day (16 feb'17) got mail for refund that told to wait for 8 to 10 days, on 1 march spoke to CS that refund not received, told me to mail the seller for refund, mailed seller but no reply, again on 4 march CS arrange for call back to me, on 5 march CS called back n i explained from begining, told me to wait for 72 hrs. Since then nothing happens n still dont get my refund. Whats going on ebay? Do I have to accept wrong n broken non working items or did I pay for damage item? Did I trust ebay for wrong broken items? Anybody plz help.... its really irritating annoying things....
