I was buying on 01-Feb-2013 around 1 PM this item - code 271143571770 (DISCOUNT PACK OF 2)Compass Key Chain with Water proof Magnetic Compass total AMOUNT Rs 228.
I PAID THROUGH VISA Debit Card issued by Bank of India.
After the Payment made successfully, the paisapay page gave error "The PaisaPay payment system cannot be accessed due to one or more of the following reasons..."
However, the AMOUNT of Rs. 228 HAS BEEN DEDUCTED from bank a/c. The payment entry in my Bank account is BDIPG/TR2909150496/EBAY
