Payment needs authorization

hey i am new to ebay{first time buyer}..

i paid through paisapay for an item through Net card (Debit card)... but paisapay says payment needs authorization n wants me to mail or fax some documents..

1) can some one help how?
2)I attached my current bank statement and sent it to email address they provided ...is it correct?
3) How long will it take for them to approve my email..n ask the seller to ship item
4) And if my payment not authorize to clear then where is my money go....... Return in my account or seller account.

Please help // i am a new buyer here..

hi your payment should get through if you have submitted the correct documents.in the mail they would have told you what documents to submit.In case if the payment goes unauthorized the money will be returned to the account only and not to the seller's account.
