Payment in Process

Hello,

I had made 3 purchases on Ebay through Net Banking and all 3 purchases are showing as Payment in Process,

I dont know why this happened as its for the first time, I request you to kindly process the payment as soon as possible or kindly refund my money.I have already contacted Ebay Customer Service but in Vain.
