Bought Sandals From *** in February 2015. Used it for the first time in April and the product lasted 2 hours. The shoe sole cracked like a sponge cake. I made a contact with the seller through ebay mail; seller apologized and promised to replace it. I got cell number of seller from ebay and made contact, they again promised to select a product from their shop and inform them so they will adjust the amount already paid. But the seller started avoiding my phone calls showing a very non-professional attitude. I informed ebay and they said as 2-3 months are gone, we are helpless. They have got email communications in their server and should take some action against the seller atleast.
